Q. Where are you located?
A. We are located at 6240 Hamilton Ave, Suite 6D, Cincinnati, Ohio in College Hill, right across from Kemba Credit Union. Take the back entrance, enter Suite 6, We are located in Suite 6D, last door on the right down the hall.
Q. What can I expect during my appointment?
A. Our appointment will start with a brief consultation discussing your work habits and how you spend most of your time.
Followed by movement assessments to see your range of motion and what muscles are affected.
A treatment plan will be discussed, then service will begin.
Q. Do you charge different prices for different services?
A. No we charge for length of service, however we do charge a different price for specialized services (Stretch Therapy, & Cupping Services.
Q. Do you offer Relaxation Massage?
A. Our main focus is Pain Management, so we may not be the place for you. We are not a spa, we are a pain clinic treating pain related issues.
Q. What makes your service different from other places?
A. Our focus is on Pain Relief. We carefully evaluate the areas causing pain, as well as holistically bring the body back in proper balance addressing all the muscles that could be working against or together with the effected area.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and Cash, & CashApp. We do not accept checks at this time.
Q. Do you offer packages?
A. Sure we can put together a package for you.
Q. Do you offer memberships?
A. We do not offer memberships at this time.
Q. Do you take Doctor's Referrals?
A. Yes we do.
Q. Do you accept insurance?
A. We do not currently accept any insurance at this time, however you may use your HSA (Health Savings Account) Card to pay for services.
Q. Do you take walk-in's?
A. No, service by appointment only
Q. What is Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy?
A. A system that brings together the most advanced, therapeutic strategies to relieve, & ultimately correct patterns in the body that lead to pain and deterioration.
Q. What should I wear for my appointment?
A. If you would like any stretch work, please bring shorts or yoga pants.
Q. Do you have a no call no show policy?
A. As indicated on our policies & procedures page, (on our scheduling page), we do charge $49.00 for all appointments canceled within 24 frame. The full amount will be charged for no call/no show appointments, no refunds. We understand things happen, however if you No Call/No Show 2 times, we will not accept future appointments from you.
Q. Do you offer a grace period for appointment times?
A. There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments, if you will be late and we do not hear from you this will be considered a no-call no show and will be billed the full amount, no refunds.
